but preference will be given to those who have five years or more experience in effectively supporting lawyers.RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience as a solicitor legal professionalManage time entries, disbursement entries, client billings and paymentsCompetence in responding to client inquiries over the phone and through emailDraft and edit emails, letters, and other legal documents, as requiredMaintain digital and physical filingsManage lawyer's calendars, bookings and hard deadlinesExperience with Saskatchewan Corporate Registry, Land Titles and Personal Property RegistryProficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package, including Word, Excel and OutlookAny offer of employment may be conditional upon a full background check, including a criminal record check, a credit check and employment and educational verification.
