This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and enjoys taking designs from concept through production.You’ll play a key role in developing and improving our product lines—ensuring designs are efficient, cost‑effective, and built to perform in real‑world conditions.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Norstar product lines using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)- Translate concepts into detailed production‑ready designs, including drafting and dimensioning and performing basic analysis (e.G., FEA/stress considerations)- Create accurate production drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)- Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, and sales teams- Provide design support to production,
