absences and statutory holidaysProduce year-end tax documents (T4 / RL-1)Prepare CNESST reportsManage expense reports and group retirement plan administrationCoordinate group insurance administrationHuman ResourcesManage the full recruitment cycleDraft employment contracts and HR documentationAnswer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits and policiesMaintain employee recordsEnsure compliance with labour standardsOperationsWork closely with branch supervisorsValidate payroll information (hours, absences, adjustments)Provide in office HR support to teamsSupport internal communication and workplace climate initiativesRequirementsEducation in HR, administration or accountingPayroll administration experienceKnowledge of Nethris payroll system (strong asset)Knowledge of labour standards and CNESSTRecruitment and HR administration experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage confidential informationApply:
