We are looking for someone who provides outstanding treatment to our valued patients.ResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and manage their check - in and check-out processesSchedule appointments and confirm patient visits using dental software such as TrackerOversee scheduling patient appointments efficiently; optimize the timeand schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointmentsBuild patient relationships through ongoing dialogue and resolving any escalated patient issues promptlyResponsible for the organization and co-ordination of office supplies, deliveries, petty cash, etc.Manage the day to day finances by reviewing and processing accounts payable and receivablecollection of dental feesmanage accounts receivable and payment plansinteract with insurance companies (e.G. predeterminations, claim submission,
