(GIP) is looking for a Heavy Civil Superintendent responsible for Roads & Highways - a proven field leader who takes pride in building work the right way, the first time, and who thrives in a high-performance, operations-driven workplace. This is a non-unionized leadership role that works closely and effectively with unionized trades, inspectors, and agencies across provincial and municipal projects. As Roads & Highways Superintendent, you are accountable for field execution-from pre-planning through completion-across multiple crews, sites, and scopes. You will lead high-volume, self-performed work while partnering closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators
