We want to hear from you.As a Project Coordinator within Pomerleau's Civil & Infrastructure division, you will play a key role at the heart of the structure business unit. You'll manage multiple activities and schedules to gain a clearer view of customer, team, and project needs. Working on large-scale construction projects – ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion – you'll play a crucial role in communicating with stakeholders, ensuring resource availability, and overseeing various administrative tasks.What you will doAssist the project team with your keen eye for detail in providing project coordination and administrative support.Utilize your passion for client services in ensuring open lines of communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients. Diligently review, interpret, and update our construction schedules.Utilize your passion for organization through the successful maintenance, review, and follow-up of shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.Meticulously review, collect, and analyze project quotes,
