As a Warehouse Trainer, you will mentor new hires and existing employees at NRI, shaping their experiences and fostering a strong team spirit.
You will employ creative training methods, adjusting your delivery to suit various learning styles. Extra attention to detail and effective communication at all levels will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training for new and existing staff

- 12+ months of training experience in a warehouse preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or willingness to learn
