Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in business valuations, intellectual property valuations, fairness opinions, financial modelling and purchase price allocations to help clients understand the value of their business and its componentsWork with a team to build complex and dynamic, excel based financial models, including three-statement and cash flow projections, scenario and sensitivity analysis, to support valuations and strategic decision makingParticipate in interactions with clients, stakeholders, legal counsel and financial advisorsConduct industry and market research on trends, valuation multiples for relevant public companies and precedent transactionsAnalyze financial statements, projections and forecasts,



prepare valuation models and perform other technical based analysis to support valuation conclusionsDesign and develop high-quality deliverables including engagement letters, reports and presentationsParticipate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposalsWork collaboratively with the client engagement teamMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and ExperiencePreferably a Bachelor's degree in business (accounting or finance major)CPA designation is an assetWorking towards a CBV designation or willingness to enrol in the programPrevious experience building complex financial models is preferred1 - 3 years of professional services experience.
