Teceze USA is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and smart hands services at a Vancouver client site. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, and assist with equipment installation, replacement, and basic cabling.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of onsite/desktop IT support experience, hands-on work with laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and network devices, plus robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
