Invincible Pay is a small, friendly team building a better way for Canadians to move money. Our founders spent years building payment systems at some of Canada’s largest banks and payment companies. They saw how many businesses were being turned away or held back, so they started Invincible Pay to fix that.

What we do

We’re a FINTRAC-registered money services business. Our platform brings Interac e-Transfer, EFT, wires, Payment Links, e-Transfer Checkout and API access together in one wallet. Our clients include individuals, small businesses, fintechs, MSBs, crypto companies and other industries that traditional banks don’t serve well.

About the role

This is a intermediate , hands-on role at a growing startup. You’ll report directly to the General Manager, who is closely involved in the business and gives people real ownership of their work.

You’ll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and help build the processes that will support the company as it grows. Some days you’ll be solving a client issue, some days you’ll be leading a project, and some days you’ll be presenting to partners. If you like variety and enjoy being the person who makes things happen, you’ll enjoy this role.

What you’ll do





- Oversee daily operations and make sure payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Be a main point of contact for clients, resolve their issues and build strong relationships.
- Run client onboarding from start to finish, working with compliance on KYC and KYB reviews.
- Find and fix payment exceptions, returns and reconciliation issues.
- Lead internal projects and keep them on schedule.
- Write and maintain standard operating procedures as the team grows.
- Track key numbers and report on how operations are performing.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership, partners and clients.
- Handle the administrative work that keeps the business running.
- Help make sure operations meet FINTRAC and internal policy requirements.

What we’re looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in operations, ideally in payments, fintech, banking or an MSB.
- A good understanding of Canadian payment rails such as e-Transfer, EFT and wires.
- Confidence working with clients, including in difficult conversations.
- Solid organization, with the ability to manage several priorities without dropping any.
- Clear communication skills, in writing and in presentations.
- A practical, can-do attitude. You’re comfortable with building processes and doing the work yourself.
- Experience with FINTRAC, AML or KYC requirements is a bonus.
