As the Rental Planned Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating planned maintenance activities for the rental fleet within an assigned territory. Working closely with Rental, Service, and Branch Operations teams, you will help ensure equipment maintenance is completed on schedule, fleet records are accurate, and equipment remains compliant, safe, and ready for rent.As the Rental Planned Maintenance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Coordinate planned maintenance scheduling and tracking for the rental fleet within an assigned territoryMonitor maintenance due dates and proactively schedule service activities to support fleet uptime and utilization targetsCollaborate with Rental, Service, and Branch Operations teams to ensure maintenance requirements are completed in a timely mannerUtilize telematics systems and fleet management tools to monitor equipment usage, maintenance intervals, and asset performanceCreate, maintain, and distribute maintenance and fleet performance reports as requiredEnsure maintenance records, compliance documentation, and asset information remain accurate and up to dateIdentify overdue maintenance, equipment exceptions, and fleet‑related concerns, escalating issues as appropriateSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to fleet maintenance planning, utilization,
