This role is key to keeping our fleet in safe, reliable, and compliant operating condition, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across construction and snow season. The ideal candidate brings solid mechanical skills, attention to detail, and experience maintaining fleet or heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFleet & Equipment MaintenancePerform maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, trucks, and fleet assetsDiagnose, troubleshoot,
