Key Responsibilities:
• Determine food portion sizes and costs
• Prepare and cook individual dishes and complete meals
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Train staff in food preparation and safety
• Supervise kitchen operations and maintain inventory
Requirements:
• Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of culinary experience
• Ability to handle heavy loads up to 60 kg
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
