You're a self-starter who takes an issue from the first ticket to the finish line without being chased. You'll own the toughest escalations, run client projects end to end, and partner with our CTO on the complex, high-impact work. You're the senior the whole desk leans on.What you'll doOwn the toughest escalations across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and securityBe the final escalation tier on the service desk - our Support Analysts and Systems Analysts bring you their hardest issuesExecute and own client projects to completion (migrations, deployments, security hardening,
