Seasons Care Dietitian Network in Ontario is hiring Registered Dietitians to support the nutritional health of Seniors in Long-Term Care. This role offers 80 hours per month, with a team-oriented team and a people-first approach, dedicated to high-quality care across Homes.

You will manage clinical priorities, conduct nutrition assessments, work with the Nutrition Manager and care teams, engage with Residents in dining rooms, and coordinate with families.
