You understand accounting fundamentals, but you also understand the business behind the numbers. When something doesn't reconcile, you investigate. When risks emerge, you identify them early. When assumptions change, you understand the impact. We're looking for a Senior Accountant to be a key technical leader within our Housebuilding Accounting team. This role will own financial reporting, audit coordination, forecasting, cash flow management, proformas, and financial analysis while helping guide and support other members of the team.
