She/he works within the Engineering Department to lead the design of assigned Data Center cooling products.
He or she is responsible for the supervision of assigned designers and engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage a team of 1-2 engineers and 1-2 CAD designers, overseeing assignment of projects and progress of work. Set transparent expectations, assign tasks, and ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality results.Execute assigned engineering launch activities for awarded business. This includes: completion of customer submittals with all required documentation, release of design and drawings for the product for prototype and production, successful completion of all customer and regulatory required testing for customer acceptance in the field.Lead the change request and deviation process to address immediate manufacturing concerns.
