Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team at Academy of Contemporary Art in Kerrisdale, Vancouver. This is a part-time position (approx. 10–15 hours per week) tailored for individuals with a strong passion for visual arts, branding, and digital media.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Content Creation & Design: Design aesthetically polished Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels that reflect AOMA’s premium brand identity.
- Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality in-studio content, student artwork, behind-the-scenes moments, and exhibition highlights.
- Grid & Layout Management: Maintain a cohesive, elevated aesthetic across our Instagram grid and digital channels.
- Campaign & Event Promo: Help design promotional graphics and flyers for upcoming workshops, exhibitions, and university admission announcements.
- Brand Engagement: Assist in scheduling content and maintaining brand consistency across all visual communications.





What We’re Looking For:

- Background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- Proficient in visual design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Proven experience managing Instagram channels, creating engaging Reels/Shorts, and digital graphic design.
- Strong eye for typography, color theory, grid layout, and visual storytelling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about arts education.
