This position requires a strong background in pattern development, grading, and fit refinement, essential for transforming concepts into production-ready patterns. Collaborate closely with teams across Industrial Design and Manufacturing to support both defence and consumer-focused apparel. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop production-ready patterns for tactical and outerwear
- Optimize patterns for fit, mobility, and performance
- Maintain organized digital pattern libraries and standards
- Participate in fit sessions and prototype evaluations
- Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues Requirements:
- 7-10 years pattern-making experience
- Strong knowledge of digital pattern-making software
- Proven track record in technical outerwear
- Diploma or degree in relevant field
