The Payroll Compliance Auditor will ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of third-party vendor payrolls, while identifying patterns that signal potential risks or opportunities for improvement.In this role, you’ll exercise discretion, critical thinking, and independent judgment to deliver insights that reinforce organizational integrity and drive operational excellence. This position offers the chance to directly influence compliance processes and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.The Basics:Office Location: Richmond Hill, ON (this position is primarily remote/work-from-home; new hires will attend in-office training, with occasional on-site presence as needed thereafter)Compensation: $55K-65K CANVacancy Status: We’re actively hiring for this role right now!What You'll Do:Conduct detailed payroll audits of third-party vendorsAssess compliance with applicable wage/hour regulations and identify patterns of non-compliance or areas of riskApply discretion and independent judgment when evaluating findingsRecord audit results and insights into SalesforcePerform additional duties as assigned to support broader compliance initiativesReview findings with third-party vendorsWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or accountingExcellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Excel and Outlook requiredExperience with Salesforce is a plusStrong work ethic and the ability to proactively make recommendations to enhance auditing processesDemonstrated diligence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as a team and thrive in an environment that requires accuracy, accountability,
