Superintendent – Water & Wastewater InfrastructureGTA | Pump Stations & Treatment Plants | $200K+ Total Earning PotentialCanterra Group has been engaged to recruit an experienced Superintendent for an established civil infrastructure contractor in the Greater Toronto Area.We're looking for a construction professional who knows how to build pump stations, water treatment plants and wastewater treatment facilities and can take ownership of complex projects in the field.This is an opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to join a contractor with a strong infrastructure project pipeline and take a key leadership role delivering essential municipal infrastructure across the GTA.The OpportunityAs Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day field leadership and successful execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading construction activities on pump station and water/wastewater treatment projectsPlanning and coordinating daily site operationsManaging subcontractors, trades and site personnelCoordinating civil, structural, mechanical and electrical scopesDeveloping short-term schedules and ensuring critical milestones are achievedWorking closely with Project Managers, consultants and ownersManaging site logistics, sequencing and constructability issuesMaintaining high standards for safety, quality and productivityIdentifying field issues early and developing practical solutionsSupporting commissioning,
