You will manage the customer lifecycle, ensuring each client receives tailored insurance solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Service assigned Personal Line book of business
- Manage quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting
- Document all actions in the BMS system
- Handle new claims and guide clients thoughtfully Requirements:
- Must be RIBO licensed
- Minimum 1-year Personal Lines experience
- Proven track record in client service
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a plus
