You will have the responsibility of order fulfillment, distribution planning and system execution. Reacting to challenges that arise, you will mitigate risk to customer satisfaction and financial impacts. A successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, attention to detail,



proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and be able to react quickly to challenges.What You Will DoManage order flow and execute critical order stepsWork with Sales and Demand teams to correct pricing and inventory issuesEnsure orders are released and processed on time to meet compliance requirementsAssist Demand in hitting fill rate targets by working closely with THD's IPR team and aligning on order expectationsCollaborate with US counterparts to secure Canada's forecasted inventoryWork to continuously improve internal processes and metricsReview and dispute shipping compliance fines where necessaryWhat You Will Bring2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related fieldBachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or another relevant disciplineAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to efficiently manipulate, analyze, and interpret dataStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple areas of the businessSelf-driven and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on improving processes and key performance metricsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to identify challenges and develop effective solutionsCollaborative team player who takes ownership and works effectively with cross-functional teamsWhat You Will Benefit FromExtensive health benefits,
