The Lead

Therapist (LT) is a clinical leadership role that supports the Clinic Director in protecting and elevating clinical standards while contributing to the overall strength and performance of the clinic. Clinical

Quality & Coaching Observe therapist treatment, documentation, and planning patterns Coach therapists on: Lifestyle Therapy Support consistent, ethical long-term care conversations Challenge under-serving and over-serving when clinically relevant Clinic Performance Support Understand how therapist behaviours influence retention, rebooking, plan adherence, and long-term care adoption Surface behaviour patterns that may be impacting clinic performance Participate in clinic initiatives aimed at improving client continuity and long-term outcomes Support onboarding and development of new therapists You report to the Clinic Director You support clinic leadership rather than replace it the CD owns performance and outcomes You escalate clinical red flags when standards are at risk Therapists are clearer, more confident,

Active registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) Minimum 1 year of practice in a private practice setting Demonstrated experience treating MSK and orthopaedic caseloads Strong focus and genuine passion for manual therapy Comfortable managing a full caseload independently Confident with treatment planning, progression logic, and client education Available to work consistent clinic hours, including some evenings or weekends as required by location Bonus, Not Required Post-graduate certifications (manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular, pelvic health, sport, etc.) Previous exposure to multi-location or scaling clinic environments
