Full time, temp-to-hire position available in Newmarket! We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our client’s team. Duties Oversee the daily inbound and outbound flow of materials and finished goods. Prepare, package, label, and stage customer orders for shipment. Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory. Update inventory databases and maintain accurate warehouse records. Ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and inventory management activities. Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, Raymond Reach trucks, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to safely move materials. Load and unload trucks while following company safety procedures. Qualifications Raymond Reach Forklift License Shipping/Receiving experience AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools may be used at certain points of the pre-screening and selection process for this role.
