Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking an Operating Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize facility infrastructure and processing equipment. Responsibilities include operating chillers, boilers, and water systems in line with TSSA standards and GMP policies, plus supporting capital projects and maintenance initiatives.

You will work with production management to ensure protected, reliable plant performance and lead a team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
