The dedicated team consists of 4 to 10 people, indicating an active ramp-up phase: the two developers will be joining a growing team in a SAFe environment with PI Planning cadence.
The target profile is a developer who can both code and analyze: the client is looking for individuals capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into configuration or Guidewire development, without relying on an intermediate analyst.
The tech stack is Java and/or GoSu on PolicyCenter. Prior experience in property and casualty insurance (P&C;) is implicitly valued given the policy management context. The setting is entirely French speaking, which effectively eliminates profiles that are not functional in French.
