Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid).We are seeking a Digital Strategy Lead to drive the development, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of a connected suite of digital portfolio products. The role sits at the intersection of user needs, data, and organizational strategy to drive the AI‑first transformation journey.Main Responsibilities- Define and execute a cohesive program strategy that integrates transformation journey elements, KPIs, and measurable outcomes tied to user behavior and tool‑based value.- Prioritize work based on evidence and impact, creating outcome‑oriented sprint goals that give teams a shared sense of purpose.- Work with stakeholders—including process owners, program owners, and product owners—to streamline their experience navigating portfolio capabilities, enabling faster decision making.- Conduct interviews, workshops, journey mapping sessions, and test assumptions to iterate on product design aligned with desired outcomes.- Manage a transformation KPI dashboard and reporting structure, providing insights across stakeholder levels to guide program improvements.- Generate actionable insights by identifying trends, issues, and risks, advising on next steps and supporting structures for endorsement.- Build shared understanding through story mapping, journey mapping, and collaborative design sessions to align teams around the why.- Engage and align stakeholders across business, leadership, compliance, tech, and design, using storytelling to rally diverse audiences around problems and outcomes.- Support end‑user adoption through training, rollout communications, hyper‑care,



and creation of lightweight support assets.About You- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in program or portfolio management.- Solid program management background supporting large organizational transformations using AI tooling.- Experience balancing discovery and delivery with clarity and adaptability, comfortable with dual‑track Agile, Lean Startup principles, and rapid validation.- Proven problem‑solving track record in complex environments with a hands‑on “get things done” mindset.Skills & Qualifications- Strong communicator and facilitator; able to align diverse stakeholders, including executive audiences.- Ability to surface tensions to governance forums for discussion and decision making.- Disciplined delivery, ownership of outcomes, and ability to paint a vision to teams, setting north‑star metrics.- Cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills with strategic thinking, partnering across business and technology teams.- Analytical and data‑driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide product decisions.- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.Nice to Have- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in enterprise products.- Knowledge of portfolio management, finances, and program management.- Background in digital transformation or enterprise data governance.- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.CompensationSalary range: 158,200.00 - 208,200.00 (Includes target bonus).
