This role bridges business requirements and technical execution — translating customer field-operations needs into scalable, configured solutions on the Over IT platform.Must-Have Skills3–7+ years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) implementation or consulting; hands-on Over IT platform experience strongly preferred.Solid understanding of FSM domain concepts: work order management, scheduling/dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and linear asset industries (utilities, telecom, energy).Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
