General DutiesAutomation Technicians are responsible for the installation, programming, operation and maintenance of computer and robotic systems used in a manufacturing setting. This also includes administration, configuration, design and maintenance of various systems, while also troubleshooting any issues that might occur. Candidate must have a willingness to wear multiple hats and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. This is full time position.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain and inspect control systems and workstation installations throughout the facilityCommunicate status, manage expectations and resolve issuesProvide expertise to continue advancement of automated systems throughout the siteInspect and review manufacturing equipment installations for design and troubleshooting purposesEnsure automation is properly calibratedWorks on special projects as directed by the management team.Contributes to team effort by taking on added tasks as required.Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of all dataLead and maintain a protected,
