Northern Health is seeking a registered Occupational Therapist to contribute to our Primary Care team in British Columbia. You will work with interprofessional colleagues to develop plans of care and deliver services in physician practices, homes, facilities and communities.
As part of the Primary Care Home, you’ll use evidence-informed practice, conduct clinical assessments, plan treatments, recommend interventions and provide follow-up to support patients in achieving personal care goals
