you will be responsible for bringing out new and fresh products for our customers and ensure that the JD Standards are followed throughout the store.Duties/ResponsibilitiesAttract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases by using creativeEnsure that mannequins, displays and windows are alternated through the seasons and the events of the retail calendarAnalyze Oracle figures to assist you in product placement and floor layoutCommunicate and provide feedback to Town Merchandiser on visual merchandising activity in-storeSet up and monitor in-store promotionsProvide training and assist with team development on merchandising and displaysEnsure weekly development practices to grow current associates to fill future rolesPromote a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance in line with company proceduresConducting your work in a safe and responsible manner at all timesTo work in a highly professional manner, leading by example at all timesSkills/Experience/Knowledge neededMinimum of 1 - 2 years of visual merchandising experienceBe creative, imaginative and have a flair for coordinating product flowStrong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
