Management AccountantRenfrewshire (Office-Based) – Competitive SalaryLusona Consultancy is partnering with our client in the Manufacturing sector to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is fully office-based in Glasgow and ideal for a hands‑on accountant who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working as part of a collaborative team. The role offers a competitive salary of £43,000–£48,000 per annum plus 34 days annual leave, free parking and an early finish every Friday.Key Duties- Preparing monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and journals.- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business performance.- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations.- Supporting with year‑end statutory accounts and audit preparation.- Providing financial insight to operational management to drive efficiency and cost control.- Continuously reviewing processes and systems to enhance accuracy and timeliness of reporting.About You- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)



or qualified by experience.- Strong management accounting experience, ideally with a background in manufacturing, FMCG or sale of goods.- Excellent Excel skills with strong attention to detail and analytical ability.- Hands‑on, proactive, and confident in communicating with non‑finance stakeholders.- A team player who thrives in a busy, quick‑paced setting.This role is suitable for a Management Accountant with existing experience, or an Assistant Accountant who is ready to take the next step into a management accounting role.
