The individual in this role will contribute to defined project deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional partners to build, improve, and maintain software systems.ResponsibilitiesDeliver well-scoped software enhancements and features aligned to project goals and timelines.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established engineering standards.Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve quality and reliability.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the development lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., product, design, data, security) to support execution of defined deliverables.Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.Contribute to operational excellence, including monitoring,



incident response support, and performance improvements as needed.Must-Have Hard SkillsExperience with developing evaluated machine learning models, particularly classification modelsExperience building or supporting ML systems in production environments3+ years of professional software engineering experienceProficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.G., Python, Java, C++, Go, or similar).Experience building, testing, and maintaining production-quality software.Experience with common development practices and tools (e.G., version control, code review, CI/CD).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience at BigTech would be preferred.
