• Referrals tribe owns two of the most strategic levers in the business: how we deepen relationships with customers we already have, and how we get those customers to bring in new ones. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to anchor our loyalty program and partner across the tribe's broader work on referrals and virality. The loyalty program is a points-based program where customers earn rewards for meaningful actions. Because it can attach points to any customer behavior, it's one of HelloFresh's most strategically important products and a lever for every product or commercial strategy we want to pursue. Ship the milestones that move the business near-term, and balance them against bets that pay off over a longer horizon Build the metric framework that connects customer behavior to program performance to commercial outcomes Partner closely with marketing and CRM counterparts on program communications, reward economics, and commercial strategy Engage directly with C-level and senior leadership to communicate program direction, decisions, and results Significant experience as a product leader at a large-scale B2C company — you've built consumer products at scale and have strong intuition for customer behavior and emotional drivers Robust UX instincts and genuine opinions about what makes a great customer experience A data-driven, commercial mindset — programs that are too generous become liabilities, programs that are too stingy don't move customers, and you know how to find the right balance Experience working with marketing and CRM counterparts as close collaborators A driver of how we use AI — both in the products we ship to customers and in how we do the job of product management.
