With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.As an Equipment Operator, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining agricultural equipment.Day to DayTransportation and application of crop protection productsSprayer Operator: Responsible for loading the sprayer tank and ensuring proper cleaningFloater Operator: Operate the floater safely to apply productsHandle the loading and unloading of seed, fertilizer,



and chemicalsMaintain agricultural equipment through upkeep and maintenanceEnsure the maintenance and organization of the equipment and yardWhat You'll BringExperience working on a farm and/or with agriculture equipment is requiredExperience in mechanical repair and general maintenance of equipmentValid Class 1 driver's license with air brake endorsement and several years driving experienceStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle physical demands of the position and work in all weather conditionsFlexible work schedule (extended hours may be required)Why Join UsAt P&H, our people are our priority.
