Lead the Site Plan Review Team for the City of Burlington on a hybrid basis. This role combines supervision with planning oversight to support community growth and land use objectives.As the Supervisor, Site Plan Review, you will guide a team in managing site plans, minor variances, and more. With a focus on mentorship, you will promote an environment of communication and collaboration to enhance performance and service delivery. Your leadership will drive high-quality outcomes aligned with the City’s objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the Site Plan Review team

- Author staff reports and coordinate city submissionsRequirements:
- Four years degree in Urban Planning or related field
- Four to seven years of qualified planning experience
- Two years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Ontario Planning Act and Site Plan Review
