and routine service and repair scheduling.Manage fleet documentation and maintain vehicle/market supply inventory and order requests.Drive operational improvements and oversee scheduling while ensuring maximum efficiency and satisfaction.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalency; professional experiencemay be substituted.Participate in the DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances programs, pass DOJ/FBI background check, and pass DOT physical exam.Current valid state driver’s license.Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a public or private transportation setting.Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and IDT members.Must maintain eligibility to drive under WelbeHealth’s commercial auto insurance program; applicants generally atleast 25 years of age; ages 23–24 may beconsidered; drivers over 70 may need current medical certification.Compensation $75,000 – $80,000 USD base salary plus bonus.
