We have an immediate opening for a Product Solutions Specialist in our Product Solutions Department.

The ideal candidate will build creative furniture solutions, prepare quotes for our Dealers, and liaise with Client Services and Design Engineers throughout the process. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical design, quoting, and customer interaction.

The Product Solutions

Specialist will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service across all projects. Prepare furniture layout drawings, renderings, 3D drawings, and complete proposal packages Create quotes by identifying customer requirements including scope, budget, and competitive information Manage large and complex projects, including review of documentation, specifications, and product strategy Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Collaborate with Engineering on layout, design, and space planning of furniture specifications Attend client planning meetings to understand needs and develop tailored furniture solutions Provide technical design guidance and respond to routine and specialized product inquiries Verify final approval drawings against specifications and obtain customer sign-off Support new product development initiatives as required Keep management informed through regular project updates Provide administrative support as needed Performance Expectations Complete projects within defined timelines while managing competing priorities Ensure all documentation is order-ready and meets quality standards Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 3–5 years of experience in office furniture, design, or a related field ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems ~ Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software ~ Furniture knowledge is required;

experience with a dealer or manufacturer is an asset ~ Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications Background in commercial furniture, interior design, architecture, or construction Customer-facing experience with strong business acumen Manual dexterity requires desktop computers and peripherals to operate. · Overtime may be required based on project demands. · Shift Schedule : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
