Mad Engine Global is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Canadian team!

If you have experience in apparel production, fashion retail, and working with major retail accounts, we'd love to hear from you!

Coordinate apparel production from development through final delivery

Manage production calendars, samples, approvals & timelines

Communicate with overseas factories and manufacturing partners

Ensure products meet retailer requirements, quality standards & delivery deadlines

Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales & Production teams

- 2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience
- Apparel industry experience – REQUIRED
- Retail industry experience – REQUIRED
- Experience supporting major retail accounts or fashion retailers strongly preferred




- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics & manufacturing processes
- Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
- Strong Excel, organizational & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
