RESEARCH PARTICIPANT RECRUITER(Part time Contract Position)ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Research Participant Recruiters. This position plays an important role in supporting market research projects by identifying and engaging qualified participants for survey and interview studies.Working closely with the research team, the Research Participant Recruiter will conduct outreach, screen potential participants, and coordinate participation in research projects. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy connecting with people and working in a fast-paced environment.SUMMARYReporting to the Research Project Manager, the Research Participant Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting individuals who meet study requirements for market research initiatives.COMPENSATION & WORK STRUCTUREThis position is compensated on an hourly basis. Employees are paid for all hours worked and are not compensated based on the number of participants recruited, completed surveys, or recruitment outcomes. There are no sales requirements or commission-based incentives associated with this role.The successful candidate will be expected to perform outreach, communication,
