This involves on‐site repairs and repairs in our valued client's homes.What You Will Be DoingVerifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problemsPreparing accurate estimates and explanations on all repairsPerforming assigned and required repairs to customer productsTravelling to customer's homes to diagnose / repair appliancesTo be successful in this role you mustHave a clean driver's abstract (our insurance team says so)A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticketEnjoy working within a diverse teamHave a robust sense of urgencyBe proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experienceClear a security checkNOTEThe chosen candidate must have flexibility to work a Monday‐Friday work schedule (no evening calls!)
