We seek an experienced litigation Legal Administrative Assistant, on behalf of a close-knit and multi-practice law firm located in downtown Vancouver. In this role, you will primarily support a senior Partner, and your duties will include:Responsibilities:Organizing files and managing an up-to-date BF systemPreparing documents and correspondenceManaging calendarsScheduling meetings and other important events as requiredLiaising with internal and external stakeholders on file progress as requiredOther related duties from time to timeRequirements:A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience managing litigation practiceLegal Administrative Assistant certificate from a recognized institutionFamiliarity with BC and Federal Court Rules and proceduresRobust computer skills and typing speedExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and time-management skillsThe firm offers opportunities for growth and development within a supportive and encouraging work environment, as well as a strong compensation package and competitive salaries.
