The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Wealth business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of advisor‑led Wealth platforms, investment workflows, and data integrations in a highly regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Wealth Management and Capital Markets platforms, including advisor tools, trading, and portfolio workflowsPartner with Wealth business teams (Advisors, Operations, Product) to identify process improvements and technology solutionsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including rules, controls, and exception handlingWork closely with Development, QA, and Business teams throughout the delivery lifecycleSupport system testing, implementation, and post‑launch stabilization activitiesCollaborate with IT, vendors, and Risk/Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory, suitability, and governance requirementsAssist with data analysis, system integrations, and reporting related to Wealth products and investment dataTechnical SkillsStrong SQL skills for data analysis,



validation, and reconciliationAbility to analyze application code using AI tools to support impact analysis and solution understandingExperience interpreting and troubleshooting XML request/response messages in system integrations and APIsFamiliarity with system integrations across trading, portfolio, and downstream platformsBusiness KnowledgeStrong understanding of Wealth Management and Capital Markets business modelsKnowledge of investment vehicles, such as funds, equities, fixed income, and tradesExperience with trade lifecycle processes, reconciliations, and post‑trade operationsFamiliarity with advisor workflows, client onboarding, and suitability considerationsQualificationsProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services, preferably supporting Wealth or Capital Markets domainsExperience working across business, development, and QA teams in a structured delivery environmentStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsNice to HaveHands‑on experience with Wealth platform implementations or upgradesExposure to regulatory and compliance requirements impacting Wealth and Capital MarketsWork ArrangementHybrid model with on‑site presence required 2 days per weekEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
