The role involves conducting detailed field inspections of commercial, institutional, and municipal buildings and preparing condition assessment documentation and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) and Building Condition Assessments (BCA)Perform on-site inspections of building systems and componentsAssess structural, mechanical, electrical, and building envelope conditionsDocument site findings, deficiencies,



and lifecycle conditionsSupport the preparation of technical reports and condition assessment deliverablesCoordinate and complete site visits across the Edmonton and Calgary regionsEnsure accurate and detailed field data collection and reportingIdeal Candidate Profile2–3 years of experience in building inspection, FCA/BCA, or related field work. A candidate with energy audit experience will be preferred.Strong understanding of building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical).
