Provide material and specialty product alternatives and options during project life cycle Coordinating material deliveries with respect to site requirements and restrictions Liaise between GC and BIM model team to ensure accuracy. Preconstruction submittals and LEED requirements such product data, firestop and product samples.

Analyze blueprints, specification lists and other relevant documents to extract the scope of work and gain a thorough understanding of the project. Work within deadlines to prepare estimates and calculate material take-offs. Work in tandem with our office, fabrication, installation and shipping teams to ensure proper schedules are maintained.

Identify and assist in resolving issues arising on the job site and in the fabrication shop. Follow up on bid proposals for project awarding and scheduling.



Coordinate selection and purchase of materials and services for projects including administration of purchase orders; Maintain detailed records of ongoing projects and report to the Project Manager for timely progress invoicing.

Review site logistics if applicable.
