The two roles are described below: Project Delivery Support PMO and Governance Support Reporting and Accountability All Project Manager resources will functionally report to the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
and will be responsible for adhering to organization project management standards, governance processes, and delivery methodologies.
Project
Manager resources will also be accountable to the designated Program Director or the successful delivery of assigned programs and projects.
