This includes monitoring financial performance, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance, managing invoicing and audit activities, and supporting tax and budgeting processes.Key Responsibilities* Manage and oversee full-cycle financial accounting and reporting activities for the Canadian service entity* Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable Canadian financial and tax regulations* Prepare, review, and process service agreement invoicing* Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors* Monitor financial results against forecasts and budgets* Prepare and review income tax and VAT submissions, including transfer pricing analysis* Participate in preparation of the annual budget* Maintain explicit documentation of accounting processes and controlsRequired Qualifications & Skills* Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience* Solid understanding of IFRS, Canadian corporate tax, and VAT; familiarity with Québecinternational financial tax credit considered an asset* Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and computer tools* Bilingual: English and French (required to support clients and internal stakeholders)#J-18808-Ljbffr
