Here are the main responsibilities:* Develop and update claims policies, settlement procedures, and practices while ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework;* Serve as a technical resource for technical advisors and automobile and property claims adjuster teams, including supporting their development;* Represent the claims sector before government bodies, industry organizations, and industry committees, including the AMF, GAA, and IBC;* Represent the claims sector on various corporate committees, including the Dispute Resolution Committee, Standards Committee, and decision-making committees, while ensuring that the required information is complete;* Take ownership of audit recommendations, determine the required actions, and oversee their implementation in collaboration with the appropriate teams;* Advise management on the sector’s direction and contribute to the evolution of insurance forms, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives;* Serve as a resource for litigation matters, handle certain complaint files, and support the management of exceptional situations or catastrophes,
