This individual will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving service sales, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We are looking for a confident, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experienceWrite accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendationsMaintain and exceed high customer satisfaction (CSI)
